I was the senior copywriter, content manager and tone of voice consultant for O2 Business for three years as a contractor. Responsibilities included: • Evolving O2 tone of voice for business audience sectors – SOHO, midmarket and Enterprise • Editing and writing for the O2 Business blog and The Blue enterprise blog. Managing a team of writers.
