Established and maintained all online marketing tools. Event promotion and general marketing utilising Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and all available local/regional advertising spaces.
Transformed the quality and service of food and beverage production. Leading to a dramatic increase in sales. Co-ordinated fresh and seasonal menu’s including locally sourced ingredients.
Overall sales reports in the first quarter showed an impressive increase of 22%, whilst rising to more than 30% after the first year.
Achieved over 70% GP on all food sales and wet-led sales.
Re-evaluated and produced profit and loss reports, risk assessments, training procedures and a highly commended staff training manual.
For the second time running bought an establishment from a low scoring 2* to a quality 4* rating within 6 months.
