Responsibilities ● Promoted from Aimia’s Middle East HQ to lead business development for Aimia across the G20 markets ● Working frequently between London & Sydney, leading the strategic development of the first independently owned multi-partner loyalty programme in Australia with investment of AUD$180m over 5 years Achievements ● Personal Development of a complex cross-sector business development pipeline targeting c-suite executives. Responsibilities ● Promoted from Nectar in the UK to lead business development for Aimia in the Middle East, initially with a focus on the KSA ● Lead strategic development of a pioneering new multi-partner loyalty programme in the KSA worth over £50m in revenue p/a. This responsibility included project management and consultation on programme design ● Managed the development of all financial models working closely with the finance team Achievements ● As of 2015, I had sole responsibility for the business development and sales of Aimia’s proprietary loyalty solutions across all industries within the MENA region ● Developed an expert understanding of the KSA market which enabled me to gain excellent traction with prospects ● Development of an extensive senior regional contact list and maintained excellent relationships with all of them ● Management of a major KSA Banking client, responsible for all rewards partner recruitment, successfully delivering rewards agreements with the likes of Etihad Airways & flydubai
● Ownership of Amex, Confused.com & Vision Express relationships, responsible for the end to end management of marketing strategy & campaigns ● Maintained and developed relationships with other Nectar programme partners and account teams with a view to developing cross-partner promotions ● Strategically worked with the Nectar insights/analytics team to forecast response rates & campaign costs while securing client budget to increase levels of Nectar channel participation ● Development of all client annual forecasts and growth plans, presenting regularly to Nectar UK senior management ● Negotiated campaign agreements with partners raising revenue of over £50,000 for Nectar
