About me
HELLO I’m David Hitch a Senior Creative with over 10 years experience working within integrated ad agencies. Some big, some small, some in between. Executing ideas that range from product films, social, radio to OOH, ambient, press, direct mail and CRM Programmes. I’m a true 360 creative. Over the years I’ve been lucky enough to have worked on a vast array of top brands across multiple sectors which has trained me to be versatile, adaptable and agile with my skills and approach. Most recently I was working at Merkle, where I was bought in to widen their creative output and to help grow the business. My core clients were LNER and Practical Action. With LNER I helped to lead the development of their CRM Programme as well as align their digital output with the new look and feel from M&C Saatchi. Practical Action gave me the opportunity to flex my AD brain by expanding their existing guidelines into the digital world as well as concept, design and build a huge social campaign for them. Before joining Merkle I walked the freelance path for many years stopping off at a mixture of agencies, from B2B, CRM to ATL. My regular haunts were VCCP me, Spark44, Hanger Seven to name but a few. This experience pushed me to be the best and produce the best every time. I’ve lead the way in many campaigns, steering the ship of creativity from initial designs through to production, always trying to keep the idea pure and on-path. Karmarama was my last permanent home before freelance. Here I learnt a lot – particularly working on Honda Motorcycles, which gave me the opportunity to explore film for the first time, and saw myself creating a number of product films for their range of motorcycles. A couple years before I worked at Weapon7 which truly opened my eyes to the digital world; here I created campaigns for clients including Mercedes Benz, Smart, TNCC and TV Licensing across a wide range of media from fully interactive microsites to targeted banner ads. Iris was the agency where I cut my teeth as an Art Director, creating campaigns for Sony Bravia and producing countless ads for Sony Ericsson. It was here that I learnt the craft of Direct Marketing.     Honda Motorcycles - LaunchTo launch a new range of motorcycles at the EICMA Milan Motorcycle Show you need product and beauty films, Posters, PR stunts, experiential media and more.
