    I was part of a founding team of 6 (now 130) at Fuse Omnicom, global partnerships and experiences experts representing 10 of the world’s top 30 brands. During that time the agency were winners of Sponsorship Agency of the Year (2014 and 2015) and multiple Cannes Lions. Promoted from Grad through to SAD, my experience includes: • Project, account management and delivery of best-in-class global, EMEA & UK Sponsorship; VW Group, Nissan, HSBC, PepsiCo, UniCredit, UEFA Champions League, Tesco, Carlsberg, Martini and John Lewis • Overseeing 360 sponsorship activation – ATL, BTL, Experiential, Content, Events, Product Promotions and launches, On-site management • Volkswagen x UEFA National Competitions – deputy lead on 360 management of €80 million sponsorship (their biggest in their 80+ year history) including: negotiation of contract, activation of strategy, setting up of toolkits and processes, market launch and global roll out (100+ markets) reporting into Volkswagen Head of Football. Competitions including EURO 2020, Women’s EURO 2021 and other associated national competitions • Nissan and UniCredit UEFA Champions League Partnerships – leading a team of 6 to deliver over 1000 activations for each partner per year – from car dealership activations to multi-channel consumer campaigns across 130 markets • HSBC UK Societal Project – strategic advisors identifying partnerships opportunities for HSBC to make a positive societal intervention across 3 themes– homelessness, upskilling, volunteering. Pitched to HSBC UK board • Volkswagen x Tesco x Pod Point – readying the UK market for Volkswagen roll out of new electric vehicles in 2021, partnering with Tesco to deliver a nationwide footprint of Volkswagen branded charge points (400+) with the ambition to make Volkswagen the number UK 1 electric vehicle brand • ŠKODA x Global Cirque du Soleil – reinvigorating an ongoing partnership through local market engagement (30) to give strategic clarity and support by delivery an overarching strategy, activation toolkit and project management processes for local markets to follow with ease and activate • PepsiCo Packs to Pitches – Activation of PepsiCo’s ‘Winning with Purpose’ strategy to develop a partnership with the UEFA Foundation to deliver football 5 aside football pitches in areas in need from deprived neighbourhoods in Paris to the Zataari refugee camp in Jordan, using recycled Walkers / Lays crisp packets • HSBC x British Cycling – Development of strategic activation plan and managing a team to deliver a central management portal for the delivery of HSBC’s partnership with British Cycling • PHD & Omnicom Global – Consultative services for sister agency media teams to provide expert advice and ideas for client briefs, including retained consultative work with ŠKODA global, Audi, Bentley, Qatar Airways and TikTok • Generated £1 million incremental revenue through becoming a trusted advisor to my clients (VW, HSBC, Skoda) who briefed in greater scopes of work based on continuous success • Established internal initiatives including Fuse employee wellbeing programme and internal training programme ‘Fuse Academy’
