Developed and implemented launch marketing strategy including above and below-the-line activity (6-sheets, 48-sheets, bus sides, radio, TV, DM, PR, online, social, promotional teams). • Menu development – assisting the Marketing Director in designing and printing of various menu formats for the brand including main menu, drinks menu, kids menu and vegan menu. • Driving incremental sales; introduction and on-going management of delivery services including JUST EAT, Deliveroo and Uber Eats, networking with local businesses and hosting events. • Responsible for sourcing and implementing national 3rd party activity, events and associations including Thorpe Park, Lime Communications (selection of high profile movie launches with Sony and Fox Films) and Student Beans. • Creation of core brand and franchise manuals, videos, POS and collateral. • Delivery of pre-programmed monthly music profile listings by day-part. • Management of agencies including print, design, media, film, production, PR and social. Involved in supplier negotiation, responsible for briefing the creative, copywriting, photography and production teams by working extensively on direct marketing, online/digital, collateral, sales promotions and advertising campaigns. • Implemented change to enable the brand to evolve through customer focus groups, feedback and mystery visit programme.
Whilst I consulted with 2310 I created all of their social media campaigns for their clients as well as supported the negotiation of new clients. I worked on their online & digital campaigns as well as push their online presence. On top of this, I created their film content and directed many of their successful videos. Furthermore, I also negotiated the making of many websites & charity websites to help push forward new clients.
