Continuing to work for MINI but in a new location just outside of Maidstone. Working at this dealership gave me much more of a customer flow which I am enjoying and working outside of central London really gave me the opportunity to slow the customer jour-ney down making for an amazing experience at the branch. I still worked towards high targets and selling additional products and services, to which I have achieved so far this year while working with a brand new customer and finding new and crea-tive ways to get people to come to see me, I regularly make promo materials to send out to potential customers with some great results. I also manage and take photos for Arden MINI’s Instagram account which I love with a massive passion, with this I always think outside the box and try to break away from other dealer’s ac-counts to make the best impact. I champion the cause for customer experience at MINI. There’s real value in being able to look across industries and see the trends

Working as an expert in the store, I had a number of duties focused on advising customers on products in a non-pressured, friendly manner. I worked on the “Genius Bar” where I repaired small devices and ensured an excellent customer experience with Apple. In this role my focus was strongly on the customer experience and maximising this through an empathetic approach and expert knowledge of the product. Other responsibilities included teaching large group workshops on various Apple products and services. Additionally, I taught professional level 1:1 sessions on a range of Apple software and hardware, notably “Logic Music Studio”. Towards the end of my time with Apple, my role developed to take on more senior manage-ment responsibilities; looking after staff wellbeing as the wellness champion, staff timekeeping and skills coaching.
