About me
I'm an Italian UX Designer and Front-End Developer based in Treviso, a small city half an hour from Venice, Italy. From 2014 until 2022, I worked at Responsa, a company focused on creating self-service customer care solutions located inside the H-Farm Campus, and now part of Gruppo Euris. My contribution has allowed Responsa to become one of the leading enterprise solutions in Europe for self-caring customer care. Now, I'm working for VUI, an AI-powered eCommerce search solution, on designing and developing the UX and UI of chatbots and search engines for large enterprises and Fortune 100 companies, analyzing, benchmarking the competitors, and improving the existing features. I like to create interfaces that are intuitive and good-looking. My approach is a mix of quantitative and qualitative UX methods to gain a broader perspective on the problem and make a significant contribution to user satisfaction and main KPIs without compromising the design.

    Responsa is a chatbot and knowledge base solution to help businesses with customer service and shopping experience. Over the years, I have worked on many projects, and my contribution has allowed Responsa to become one of the leading enterprise customer care solutions in self-caring in Europe. Some of the most relevant projects: - Analysis, design, prototyping, and development of the Responsa in-page module: improved user experience, design, and functionality simplifying the overall layout and making the user experience more straightforward and more intuitive. Complete refactor of the Front-End logic. - Analysis, design, prototyping, and development of Responsa's floating module: adaptation of the in-page module interface inside a small floating box that can be integrated anywhere in the website, thus allowing a more accessible and more immediate consultation of the KB. - Creation of the Responsa chatbot module: benchmark among the main competitors, analysis, design, and development to integrate the knowledge base functions within a conversational module, thus making the end-user experience simpler, faster, and more effective. - Redesign and refactor in a single-page application of the Responsa administration dashboard: analysis of pre-existing features, benchmarks, redesign and prototyping, development and creation of a design system oriented to rapidly implementing new features.
