Experienced senior production and creative resource manager, currently leading the creative delivery process of digital and print artwork as well as UX and UI solutions across the whole business to support the growth of the retail, desktop and mobile platforms, as the marketing activity develops further and the content base expands exponentially. In charge of understanding the business strategy and to apply and review appropriate processes and procedures to make sure the creative delivery flow is functional and cost effective and production is streamlined at its optimal state. Actively involved in the recruitment of the creative resources, to make sure the relevant talent is employed at the right time to support any project undertaken to progress the business further. This includes different types of resources such as User Interface, User Experience, Graphic and Print designers as well as copy writers and content editors. With my extended knowledge of the creative process and understanding of the business and its strategy, I’ve contributed to the growth of the company in my area by bringing the production of digital assets, UI and UX solutions as well as print collateral to an increase of 50% in the overall productivity in the past 4 years. This achievement came together with the implementation of a delivery process, I put in place when I first was appointed to my latest position.
