  • Write content for the Yours Recommends Shopping webpage which has since become the 15th most popular webpage on the Yours website. Manage the Yours Live Facebook page and increased the number of likes by 50%. Copywrite for magazine spreads to promote the Yours Live event and yearbook Copywrite for the e-newsletter to promote the Yours Live reader event and the Yours yearbook. Liase with our partners to create copy for the e=newsletter. Assist with product selection for mail order pages in the magazine. Adapt copy to suit the tone of the magazine. Analyse sales patterns

  • Developed a new targeted sales strategy that capitalised on Bookends’s biggest customer demographic: students from the University of Aberdeen. I requested reading lists from the university’s administration and cross-referenced them with the bookshop’s database of stock to identify likely sales opportunities. Earned 3 Saltire Award certificates in recognition of almost 100 volunteering hours. Earned the STAR Award, university recognition of my volunteer work and personal development within the role.
