Managing whole product lifecycle
▪ Providing input to the designer, advising on possible improvements and technical queries
▪ Research trends and produce seasonal mood boards
▪ Create and maintain critical path from in house toiling through to SMS
▪ Working closely with the atelier team to coordinate the creation of all in-house samples
▪ Creating technical packs with sizing specifications to send to manufacturers
▪ Liaising closely with suppliers, on a daily basis, throughout the sampling and development process
▪ Sourcing factories to work with Sorapol to lower current manufacture costs.
▪ Working with both CMT and FF factories
▪ Negotiating fabric, trim and embroidery prices, minimums and lead times
▪ Strong negotiating with factories
▪ Conducting fit sessions, advising on amendments required
▪ Checking submissions of lab dips, trims, strike offs, embroideries and bulk fabrics
▪ Developing the critical path, and identifying any potential delays
▪ Working closely with all departments to trouble-shoot any issues
▪ Travelling to source new factories and build strong relationships with international suppliers
▪ Heading up the print design team, producing final technical artworks.
▪ Monitoring seasonal budget, revising department request where necessary
▪ Responsible for all in house and external manufacture QC
▪ Managing studio teams
