Assistant Digital Producer
• Development and Design of microsites and websites (Using HTML, WordPress and other CMS systems), including Egmont.co.uk.
• Coordinate digital projects from start to finish, communicating with internal customers and 3rd party developers where necessary.
• Working with large clients and brand portfolio’s, including Mr Men, Thomas the Tank Engine, Angry Birds and Minecraft.
• Providing estimated budgets for new digital marketing applications as required.
• Submitting apps to Apple and Google play. Retrieving app figures and user details on all apps. (Company agent for Egmont UK Apple developer account)
• Investigate and learn new software, train staff and give support with digital applications as required. – eg. WordPress , Google Analytics, MailChimp, SurveyGizmo, Appfigures.
• Technical support internally for online advertising for internal and external products.
• Customer Support - responding to Zendesk enquires regarding to web related enquiries and app support.
• Technical support across the company for ad hoc projects needing digital input.
• Help with Digital marketing by updating SEO and providing analytics reports where necessary.
• Train and support the marketing designers to create animated flash banners.
• Basic video editing and creating mobile app videos.
