· draft and review of the fund documents (LPAs, PPM, articles of association, management regulations, RCS extracts, launching board minutes etc.)
· negotiating and reviewing service provider agreements (domiciliation agreements, distribution agreements, third-party AIFM agreements, investment management agreement, distribution agreements);
· filling documentation with the RCS in relation to the ‘life of the fund’ (re. change of ownership structure, amendments);
· amendment to fund documentation;and
· organising board meeting and drafting the documents;
