  • • Driving marketing calendar as email marketing being the primary driver ensuring target sales figures are met. • Managing an in house photographer and an offshore team of two graphic designers. • Ensure coherent quality of pack shot photography and lifestyle shots, ready to use for online marketing campaigns. • Ensuring KPIs for email & social media marketing are met by analysing performance reports driving insight and recommendations for future campaigns. • Coordinating the creation of email marketing campaigns; continually running A/B split tests to ensure open rates and click through rates increase. • Generating email campaigns based on customer relationship management of existing customers, these proving to be high revenue drivers. • Responsible for homepage trading, based on devised methodology from historical data, ensuring maximum revenue is generated. • Actively involved in trading marketing calendar strategically and tactically to hit web targets on a monthly, weekly and annual basis. • Involvement of visually merchandising a web OTB focused line on driving 40% of Ecommerce revenue by Q4 2015.
