First point of contact for our customers and press either by telephone or email. Answering the telephone and emails(taking online plus telephone bookings, queries, providing information and sending out receipts for transactions etc) Monitoring ‘Booking Bug’ (incoming bookings, monitoring space availability for courses showing up on booking bug for the website) Filing (putting course information together – booklets for events, recipe packs etc), preparing registration documents. Maintaining stock levels of office supplies and dealing with external suppliers. Preparing and selling merchandise to customers and stock taking each week. Assisting other members of staff when needed e.g. gathering information, researching, putting booklets together and other materials needed . Typing up recipes and reports as required. Updating the spreadsheet (putting on bookings, course dates, etc.) Quick books accounts package (sales receipts, invoices etc.) Liaising with outside contacts (point of contact) for other members of staff(link in the office)
