Main point of contact for all artists, booking agents and tour managers. Overseeing all event production tasks (logistics, technical, legal, financial and artists liaisons).
Key responsibilities include collating all the tech specs/stage plans, riders and backline for artists in advance of the festival and creating the info pack for the Stage Manager and Artist Liaisons Team on the day, as well as acting as Stage Manager during the festival. Writing and coordinating Artist Contracts and payments. Securing equipment. Creating shuttle and accommodation schedules, crew schedules.
Tour Production & Assistant Tour Manager
- Internship
/Work on reducing withholding taxes and providing required documentation for international performing artists
/ Assistant to the tour manager for an European Tour in November 2015
/ Collect, coordinate and manage bookings, travel, local transportation, accommodation
/ Prepare and disseminate itineraries, advances, raiders and all other required documentation
/ Collect all relevant tour information (technical, hospitality and rider), centralise it and pass it on to the promoters and tour managers
/ Coordinate visa applications and carnets.
