About me
In my cross-functional role at Enterprise Nation I have been working with corporate partners to curate impactful start-up and SME support programmes during the challenges of the pandemic. I own the overall end-to-end project management and delivery of multi-content programmes (e-learning, content, events, research and government engagement), collaborating with partners to meet their business objectives and assist with brand amplification.

Created a new career coaching experience that provides customers with affordable coaching, up-skilling opportunities and peer-to-peer-mentorship. Sourced coaches who match the business mission, to be represented on the marketplace website and deliver the coaching experience. Created online and offline audience development events to grow the WIP community and generate revenue. Created the website, with a hands-on knowledge of SEO, key words usage and Google Analytics to increase traffic and inform content creation strategy. Managed and executed GDPR compliance for the website, newsletter client and CRM. Continue to consistently leverage external local and media partnerships, in-house audience development strategies and digital marketing channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Facebook ads, Google ads) to generate leads and convert prospects.

    WHub (whub.io), is Hong Kong’s largest startup community with over 22,000 members. The platform showcases startups to accelerate their business through making meaningful connections to the resources they need and fosters the growth of the entire ecosystem. Educated and excited the WHub community about the Hong Kong startup ecosystem via online content and audience development events, which included a WHub Unconference, regular Job Fairs and branded event content as part of the RISE conference. Identified relevant brand partnerships and reached out to companies, tech conferences and other ecosystem builders in order to increase visibility for the company and secure ‘perks’ for the community. Streamlined the outreach process by implementing the company’s first CRM, creating email templates and media kits for all team members to deploy and sett up a sales funnel for all strategic partners and corporate leads. Created partnership agreements to ensure project deliverables were met. Measured and reported the results of partnership projects to plan future outreach and maintain relationships with key players. Took the initiative to create a new source of company revenue by extending the partnership outreach to corporate. Evaluated their digital transformation needs and created bespoke programs including trainings and workshops, activations, hackathons, innovation challenges as well as startup talent acquisition.
