Customers can look for events on the app, make a purchase, and accumulate points for every ticket they buy. The app is available to download for IOS and Android platforms. • Building, cleaning and organizing B2B database. • Transforming leads into clients, these via CRM software (SOHO). • Management of social media content, using platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. • Editing Facebook advertising campaigns with Facebook Power Editor. • Using basic SEO principles to write product copy, whilst constructing the brand tone of voice. • Working closely with the App’s development team to ensure valid user feedback was introduced into the app. • Market research – looking at competitors and ways that we could improve the user experience. • Helping the team meet targets and deadlines as an integral member of support. • Cold calling and emailing to generate leads. • Actively involved in the introduction and growth stage of the app.
