Built relationships with agents; gained on-set production experience on ad shoots. Researched and secured the location for a high-profile music video. Organised large two-day casting and ran the casting as stand-in for the director.
Developed scripts for promotional videos and documentaries in Portuguese and English. Gained hands-on experience filming and assistant directing promotional videos for high-profile brands. Subtitled short films; adapted treatments into English; translated company website.
Redesigned the digital filing system of the entire house development slate (118 films from 60 different production companies). Prepared detailed coverage across film and television projects in collaboration with senior producers. Participated in development meetings and provided editing feedback for test screenings.
Graduated with a Distinction, ranking top in my entire year. Several of my course essays, including my final thesis on Nicolas Winding Refn, have been successfully submitted for publishing.
Graduated with a Double First and received the Hispanist Prize for top student of Spanish. Was awarded the Foundation Scholarship, the Perowne Scholarship and the Boorman Prize and a full MPhil Studentship.
