Born of Indian parents in Tanzania, East Africa, I moved to the UK at the age of three. Raised in England, I am a British Citizen and graduate of Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design, London. After obtaining my Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Graphic Design and participating in the Erasmus exchange program, I moved to Paris, France in 1993 Extensive international experience in varied sectors over the last twenty plus years, working as a Creative Director with fashion, sports, luxury, beauty, e-commerce, publishing, lifestyle brands and cultural institutions in Europe, North America and Asia. The exposure to the various creative fields, countries and cultures I have worked in has given me a vast array of influences and a deep understanding of visual, creative and popular culture. Visual design, branding, curation and collaborating to create strong imagery and content is something I genuinely have a passion for. I particularly have a wealth of on-shoot experience, art directing photography and video. After the past seven years of working in India, I recently moved back to the UK to explore other possibilities. Currently based in Margate and in the process of developing visual art and performance based work.
