As a Temporary Staffing Co-ordinator it is my role to manage the bookings of shifts for all temporary workers as required across the Trust. To develop and maintain good working relationships with workers employed by the temporary bank, ward managers, clinical nurse leads, departmental managers as well as suppliers of temporary workers, workforce and payroll colleagues. Whilst largely focused on the shortages of nursing staff, it is also my responsibility to ensure administrative and medical professionals are supplied to the necessary departments on schedule. Other responsibilities include vetting CVs and organising interviews for administrative staff upon joining our staff bank.
Employed as bar staff in an extremely busy and reputable live venue in the heart of Camden Town. What started as a temporary job upon finishing my studies has turned into a very enjoyable pastime. I continue to work behind the bar as and when my work schedules allows it and have found it rewarding and thoroughly enjoyable to see some of the most iconic bands and artists performing live. Practised in cocktail making, handling transactions and serving large numbers of customers, whilst maintaining good relationships with colleagues in stressful conditions. Invariably given the responsibility of managing the members and VIP bars on my own, ensuring our special guests receive a more personal service.
Employed to help complete construction contracts in Sweden and London. These projects involved installing seating at a new football stadium in Stockholm and at The Open Air Theatre in London. My responsibilities included everything from operating power tools, fitting chairs and organising deliveries and collections.
