  • Main Responsibilities: • Fundraised money for the university’s scholarships fund. • Negotiated with customers on the amount or frequency of their donation. • Interacted with past alumni on the phone and built a rapport with those spoken to. Accomplishments: • Achieved a 29% conversion rate, with 29% of people I spoke to deciding to donate, so I had raised over £3000 for the Future50 Appeal in 2017. • Completed a two-day training course for the telephone campaign, where I learnt telephone etiquette, negotiating techniques and being engaging through a call.
