I was recruited to PinPoint to utilise the skills I'd honed at AYS, helping shift the company from one-off production to retained social contracts. Working alongside the social & strategic team, I developed an 'ownable' proposition and relevance-driven methodology that powered optimisation.
After the initial 16-month term, retained business had grown to 60% of turnover. In parallel, teams trained in 'always-on' editorial capability, had successful delivered of a key new business win (with a campaign ROI of over 2,800%).

Following the Acquisition of AYS, I moved into OLIVER as Creative Director/Creative Strategist with a specific focus on Content. I drove the creative set-up of new teams as well as pitching for new streams of content-focused work.
In 2 years, this included the development of the global D Studio for Danone from a single team to 6 global offices (including social brand guardianship of the iconic Evian) and creative lead on the social re-boot of Ballantine's to a new, progressive audience.
Other clients included Google, Chivas, iZettle, Beats (Rugby World Cup), TSB and Bombay Sapphire.
