  • about my approach of photography : Throughout wild landscapes and sometimes post or periurban ones, I try to work on signs and bring up figures and symbols out of them. Photo’s subject, coming from nature or from human hand, like a trunck, a rock, a mountain, an emblem, or even a construction, is at the same time material and symbolic. The photograph's subject becomes a fetish, a totem. Behind a apparent softness, quiet landscapes and figures quiver in a faint vibration. Something appears from this calm. A world where the landscape thinks, follows his own rules, and reveals the secret meaning of things. Photography as the mirror of unconscious mind, symbolism, animism and myths.
