- Solely responsible for selecting, developing and maintaining supplier relationships to support the daily running of a luxury lifestyle service within our private Member base and corporates. Identify & initiate new relationships with appropriate lifestyle-related, Q-worthy suppliers (hotels, SMB's, restaurants, clubs, ticket agents). - Negotiate favourable Member benefits – added value, experiential, priority bookings & preferential rates whilst working closely with the local and global markets. - Extend supplier knowledge to Lifestyle team keeping them informed about new supplier information. - Provide internal monthly content ideas and verbiage for Benefits Program, City Insiders, Collateral, and Presentations. - Analysis of monthly reports relating to suppliers used & match benefits negotiated with the Account Members popular requests and demographics. - Creating and executing events, EDMs, budgets, and promotions to enhance membership sales, renewals, and brand awareness. - Responsible for marketing suppliers and image permission via advertising means; global newsletters, selling ad space, introducing suppliers to Luxury Publishing/Q Magazine.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders e.g. Editorial departments, Contributors, etc. - Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to existing and new customers to drive sales opportunities. - Participate in sales/creative meetings to share customer experiences and content information/opportunities. - Drive monthly sales to achieve/exceed personal targets and in support of the overall revenue targets. - Work with and provide direction to Sales Support Executives in support of meeting our clients’ requirements. - Utilising my strong sales and marketing background to proactively promote and increase global awareness of the company. - Create opportunities to develop new sales/contract opportunities with customers by presenting our products and services to them.
- Member of a team responsible for internal and external communications and public relations. - Executed and monitored online promotions across Myspace channels. - Gained a foundational understanding of media relations & communications processes for a major product launch. - Developed an understanding of basic social media marketing principles and learnt what constitutes salient digital content.
