The role has included: running promoted campaigns across Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn; developing content for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram; extensive reporting across all four platforms using various native and non-native tools; developing and maintaining content and spend calendars; monitoring complex approval processes using Zinc and Google Drive. I was also selected to run small workshops on the use of social media for clients. Recently, The Grocer named IRN-BRU the number one FMCG brand for community management.

Creative lead for a Facebook team managing three video-focused pages, with a total average weekly reach of over 30 million, covering Movies, Gaming and Conspiracies. As a team we produce up to twelve original 90 second videos per day. In my role as creative lead, I am responsible for approving pitches, scripts and finished videos, as well as writing and pitching myself, and daily, weekly and monthly reporting using Facebook analytics. I also work with the team manager on strategy and tone of voice, and have assisted with client work for the Financial Times and CNN Style.
