Growing up it was all about being in the spotlight. I never really wanted fame, just the opportunity to create artistic work, and make a living doing so. I have realised through my time at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama that making work is not what I was made to do, and that instead, it is the nurturing of other peoples work that excites me. My skills lie in the ability to get things done, efficiently and to a high standard. I thrive when given a deadline and love working to a a challenge. My background up until now has been broad, focusing on performance and art theory, marketing theory, methods of audience development and producing. I have experienced this predominantly in a festival environment, however I am tuning my experience more specifically into producing film, and working in an administrative role in established companies. I am looking to work my way up in an administrative role, applying my genuine love of organising to begin climbing my way up the ladder of film, media and/ or art.
