I play an integral role in both helping to build and establish Soho Sonic Studio’s new publishing entity, Make this Noise Ltd. Responsibilities involve everything from company registrations (PRS and other music related institutes), overseeing and drafting contractual documents, promotional/business development strategy and other ad hoc tasks. ? Additionally, I also serve as one of their music production interns; providing assistance to both in-house producers and all visiting clientele, as well as practically learning music production/voice over and sound design techniques.
Responsibilities involved the daily management and meeting scheduling of both CEO and company directors’ diaries; company-related expenses and travel plans, minute taking for monthly board meetings, sourcing and collating vital industry data and office management of both London-based offices. Liaised and assisted my colleagues, of all hierarchal positions, in our LA, New York and London- based offices. Occasionally provided support to company’s production team, during weekly Transmitter show taping.
Responsible for co-organising the creative and organisational planning of the upcoming So Fraiche Media Magazine, plat forming the group’s past and present media projects with global companies and entrepreneurs. Additionally head the Create+ division, involving the planning and organisation of our collaborative projects with both established and up and coming creatives around the Globe.

Served as an ambassador and journalist on behalf of MOBO at various- music and media- related events Provided assistance to filming crew whilst taping the weekly MOBO artist sessions held in renowned Ronnie Scotts venue.

Provide daily assistance and advisement on numerous music copyright- legal related issues concerning our growing number of writer and publisher members. ? Chosen to join select team, dealing with the more sensitive and involved membership matters; principally involving members facing Insolvency; new membership applications and the bereavement of members. Promoted to join Enquiry Management team, responsible for the task management of all member queries within the company. ? Have developed great capabilities in data analysis and management, given role’s vital function in processing abnormalities involving more complex membership data (i.e. invalid calculation of royalty percentages, re-direction of distribution), in aid of query resolution on a daily basis. Liaise daily with all departments, primarily in-house legal department, various levels of management within the company and internationally with various sister-societies and publishers around the globe. Worked as part of a select PRS team to work at the renowned Love Box Festival 2012. Attended numerous training programs, developing transferrable skills pertaining to music publishing and copyright matters.
Training received: Ticket Master Box Office System Training; Manual Handling Training Course ? Heavily based in customer services and live music venue management. ? Responsibilities involved dealing with incoming customer queries and bookings, regarding both future & impending music showcases taking place across the renowned venues under the Mama Group. Managed guest list reservations, along with liaising and providing assistance to the performing artist’s management teams, during pre-show artist sound checks.
Managed one of studio’s exclusive artist’s charity single projects. ? Responsibilities involved music administration, press & marketing, artist management and bookings of appearances and events. ? Spear headed project from the ground up, securing full support and sponsorship from numerous renowned national companies, media outlets and related charitable organizations. ? Secured artist with headliner position at the annual Fair Trade Experience Festival 2011 in Glasgow, Scotland. ? Additionally managed other ad hoc duties within the studio, including the management of their work experience scheme. ? Initially an internship position; however due to excellent level of performance within this role, was offered a permanent position within the studio.
