About me

My professional experience has always centred around providing exceptional customer services in a range of roles. I currently work as a receptionist at a community centre where I handle the entire front of house operation from client interaction to administration and organisation. My other experience includes six years in Marketing and PR, progressing to account/campaign manager and nearly two years at a 4* hotel in Kensington where I looked after the needs of up to 150 executive guests each day. Overall I’m a confident, engaging and highly motivated individual. I have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and colleagues alike and fully understand the benefits this can bring to an organisation.
