My professional experience has always centred around providing exceptional customer services in a range of roles. I currently work as a receptionist at a community centre where I handle the entire front of house operation from client interaction to administration and organisation. My other experience includes six years in Marketing and PR, progressing to account/campaign manager and nearly two years at a 4* hotel in Kensington where I looked after the needs of up to 150 executive guests each day. Overall I’m a confident, engaging and highly motivated individual. I was the account manager for some key and strategic clients including Vodafone, Népszabadság (Major Hungarian Newspaper – Ringier Group) and PrimaGas. I maintained daily contact with the clients and was responsible for the entire Artificial Group offering to them. I was involved across the whole marketing and advertising lifecycle, from initially consulting with the client to the production and design to implementation and finally management and accounting/billing. The formats I worked towards included TV spot, radio spot, and print (leaflet, billboard, flyers, product labels, banners, etc…).
Progressed to become account and project manager, with my own portfolio of clients, for whom I had to maintain ongoing communication. The scope of my role included campaign management (primarily BTL), creation of presentation of campaigns, copywriting, maintenance of content and design online, providing management information to customers, costs and billing, Collaborating both internally with graphic and flash designers as well as externally with media agencies (in particular Isobar)
