  • Providing full administrative support to the CEO, including diary management (proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office 365), making travel arrangements, drafting letters and other communications. Working pro-actively, managing my own workload and managing conflicting priorities. Responsible for communicating with a large number of key stakeholders, such as trustees, corporate partners and other funders, as well at the senior management team and other staff. Leading on all areas of office management to ensure the smooth operational running of School for Social Entrepreneurs (SSE) and ensure that there are effective systems and processes in place. Being the first point of contact for the SSE Central office, taking responsibility for prompt, welcoming and effective communications.

Engaging in conversations about our brand and promoting the labels and designers we work with, as well promoting conscious consumer mindset and ethical fashion.

Framing, curating and organising opening night and liaising with exhibition designers when producing print material, such as invitations, captions and exhibition booklet. Demonstrating meticulous eye to detail and precision while working to tight deadlines. Project management: responsible for curating a gallery space for one of charity’s donors. Working with the budget, selecting artwork, framing, installing artwork in the gallery, liaising with the clients to ensure their satisfaction.
