-Conduct monthly flat visits to 20 flats with 8 residents in each.
-Set the ground rules such as cleaning rota, fire safety and quiet hours. Provide welfare support.
-Report to my manager about each flat visit about the problems faced and propose solutions.
- Inspect any damages and cleanliness of the flats.
-Collaborate with teammates on difficult cases and dealing with emergency situations and nightshifts. -Attend team meetings and be part / organizer of various team-building activities.
Skills:
-Advanced my ability to perform adequately during emotional situations and learned how to maintain impartial during disputes.
-The flexibility in my approach varied from flat to flat, consequently I experienced first hand the importance of finding an individual approach to different situations and at the same time being professional.
