• Handling confidential matters, this role includes taking responsibility for scheduling calendars, both private and business, arranging public appearances along with securing travel arrangements • Handling correspondence and phone calls, taking care of bills, insurance and other personal affairs • Helping manage social media accounts • Run errands, along with buying gifts and other personal items
• Responsible for Manage exhibitors accounts. • Collect content from exhibitors for digital publications. • Manage phone calls and emails regarding contracts and accounts • Assist with social media marketing
• Understand,Develop and sustain relationships with VIP clients • Responsible for complex diary management, along with organising internal/external meetings, booking travel, restaurant, hotels and couriers • Proactively identify where additional support can be given to clients • Act as first point of call, assisting to all inquiries via phone and email • Improvise and construct a positive turn around in a problematic situation • To build and maintain relationships with surrounding concierge's and other CRM'S • Host internal and external events • Help to plan and organise both member and public facing events • Implement and maintain loyalty and reward strategies • Manage and promote data capture initiatives • Contributing to the social media strategy • Carrying out competitor analysis both online and offline. Reporting to the marketing department with observations and suggestions • Handling highly confidential information
