• Provide administrative support for two senior executives, including managing calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and booking extensive travel arrangements. • Deliver marketing materials to broadcasters, as well as sign off any artwork required for website games and apps. • Communicate weekly reports internally, highlighting new or updated deal statuses, capturing show performances as well as highlighting any anomalies across all platforms within EMEA. • Oversee the planning of international markets such as Mipcom and Kidscreen, from booking hotels, flights and transfers to registering exhibitors, arranging stand designs and setting up meetings. • Process expense reports and raise PO’s for external suppliers. • Copywriting support for Thomas & Friends DVD releases. • Create Vimeo portfolios, including editing and watermarking episodes and creating artwork to share with broadcasters for content sale purposes.
• Responsible for managing exhibitors accounts. • Collect marketing assets from exhibitors for digital publications. • Manage phone calls and emails regarding contracts and accounts. • Assist with the social media marketing calendar to maximise impact of ticket sales.
• Responsible for booking travel, restaurant, hotels and couriers for customers. • Manage and develop membership database. • Run competitions to acquire emails subscribers through social media campaigns and in-house promotions to drive referrals, reactivation and retention. • Proactively identify where additional support can be given to the leaders/managers in the team. • Act as first point of call, assisting to all enquiries or problematic situation helping to maximise customer satisfaction. • Build and maintain relationships with surrounding concierge's and CRM’s. • Host internal and external events for clients and directors. • Handle highly confidential information.
