After 5 years in Media and Digital, I decided to start working freelance and help companies with their communication/advertising strategy and implementation. I built a network of professionals, with different areas of expertise, in order to provide the broader and best service for our clients. We cover creative with experienced Copy-Writers and Artistic Directors, Design (Logo, Packaging), Photoshoot, Films. And also Digital Communication: Websites creation with acknowledged graphist, Apps with a large portfolio of developers, Social Media, SEO/PPC... Depending on client's brief, my role is to bring together the best possible team and manage the project. So only one person (me!) reporting to the client, who has a full knowledge of the case and coordinate all parties on client's behalf.
o Developed UK, France and Middle East publishers portfolio: Identified and convinced over 25 key premium publishers to run Undertone’s formats o Negotiated long term contracts with partners up to £200k spend commitment per year and monitored activity on an on-going basis o Managed over 40 accounts: Key relationship owner, ensured implementation of contract within the team, campaign performances, new formats launches and certification process to proactively guarantee smooth campaign’s run o Media planning, buying and optimisation for UK and international campaigns up to £500k budget: on-going rates negotiation in order to over-reach company’s margins and increase profit o Collaborated closely with all teams: each campaign involved different teams and required good communication abilities within Publisher Development pod as well as the rest of the company to ensure fluid process and client’ satisfaction o Approved invoices: In case of discrepancy between figures, data investigation to sort out issue o Enhanced company’s communication with Undertone’s Head Office in the US: provided regular feedback to improve internal tools, data reporting system and processes
o Coordinated and centralized Aviva’s local activity across 18 markets, reporting to central client o Conducted bi-annual competitive analysis across Aviva top 10 markets, including 10 competitors across different insurance verticals: extracted key insights on competitor’s global strategies o Managed and launched an innovative online competitive dashboard, delivered training for central clients and local agencies and presented the tool to Zenith Optimedia’s directors to extend it to other clients o Media planning and buying for international campaigns across print, outdoor and online o Analysed campaign performances versus client’s objectives and presented results to central clients o Managed 1 assistant and 1 intern
