Duties include: Managing in-house staff & freelancers worldwide; managing a database of 500+ talent worldwide; booking professional models and staff for fashion shows, TV campaigns, trade shows, conferences and campaigns; drawing up & finalising local and international contracts; sourcing and selecting new contracts and clients; securing modelling work from high quality clients, stylists, hair and make up artists; client liaison; budget and fee negotiation; casting calls; producing corporate conferences and exhibitions from start to finish with 100-500 pax, dinners and award ceremonies; creative direction of all agency events; event management & production; PR & Marketing and branding; creating marketing plans; social media management & campaign proposals; online & digital marketing by creating an online presence and increasing real followers by 2000 in 6-months; day to day running of the business; HR/Recruitment, payroll and accounts. Some of our clients & campaigns: Formula 1 Santander British Grand Prix, Cuervo Tequila, Ushuaia Beach Hotel Ibiza, Capital FM, Sony Entertainment Network, Birmingham International Fashion Week, London Fashion Week and many more.
Duties include: Propose and Develop Show Concept, Research; Venue sourcing and booking; Catering, AV, photography, signage, speaker research and liaison; Management and creation of the show; Creative vision and Show production; Designer selection, sourcing and communication; Model Casting & Management; Set up and manage exhibitions, including sourcing exhibitors and suppliers; Communication of lighting, set, music and hair/makeup vision with the corresponding professionals; Front of house, team leaders and backstage management; Securing sponsors; Integrate outside consultants and freelancers; Direction and production of all necessary parties involved; Budget Development, Negotiation and Management; Press, Media & Advertising and Digital Media; Branding; E-marketing and other communications; Management and planning of building a brand name in the UK and internationally; Deliver successful press events prior to main event; Working with high-end clients from a range of international brands; Event Wrap Up
