Evaluating customer research, market and competitor data and implementing multi-platform digital, retail, CRM, press and PR and advertising integrated campaigns. Driving value across the business through the effective delivery of offline activities and brand initiatives. Managing the global marketing budget and calendar. • BRANDING AND COMMUNICATION - re-defining the brand positioning and develop a new brand identity, together with the in house creative department and external agencies. Developing global toolkits for international campaigns and activation to support new launches as well as tactical promotions, working closely with local markets to implement them locally. • NPD - Creating innovative concepts in line with the brand and working closely with R&D. Follow up with the commercial team, carrying out post-launch tracking of new product development while monitoring competitors’ activity as well as market and category performances to identify opportunities.
