Admissions: - Covering a range of administrative tasks in support of the day-today operation of the Admissions Office. Screening email and phone calls, organizing and maintaining update students database, providing quality customer service. - Processing application forms, data entry, managing the school database and CRM software, assessing education certificates, liaising with other departments to ensure the correct admission process of applicants, presenting and following up admissions board cases, issuing offer letters and conducting Tier 4 visa interviews for international students following UKVI regulations. - Coordinating Induction days, welcoming and enrolling new students. Student Finance: - Maintaining, monitoring and verifying student records, running reports from both the Collage database and HE Portal to ensure a regular update on attendance confirmations, pending online declarations, newly showing, pending change of circumstances, withdrawal and deferments. - Assisting students with queries in regards of their finance, liaising with the Student Loan Company
