Product -- upload and maintain all online/retail products across all product categories, implement visual merchandising and maintain the back-end administration for the online store
Customer service -- provide exceptional, personal and quality customer service - email, phone, face to face
Social Media Management & Content Creation -- Instagram, EDM's, PR gifting, loaning product samples, styling on shoots, coordinating styling loans for content shoots
Inventory -- manage stock inventory for the warehouse at HQ, including receiving international and domestic product deliveries and developing key processes and strategies for the onsite warehouse area
Client orders -- coordinate the picking, packing and dispatch of all online orders
Wholesale -- receiving incoming stock shipments, counting and allocating to wholesale accounts and shipping orders
Reporting -- weekly reporting to the team on the status of sales
Merchandise Planning -- monitoring product sales and the product life-span including identifying and reporting on top performing styles as well as low performing styles that may require re-pricing and/or pricing markdowns
Achieving Sales Targets -- assist in developing and achieving seasonal, monthly, weekly and daily sales targets
Office Administration -- ordering office supplies, training and overseeing staff, implementing new office procedures and technologies
