Assisting producers with the production of editorial and commercial photoshoots (fashion) in the office and on set. This includes:
Working with the creative brief, budget and schedule to option the best: artists, locations, models and crew for the job (liaising with various agencies).
Creating docs & preparing Smug Mug links to present these options to the client.
Preparing and updating the call sheet.
Going on recess to various locations to create a portfolio of images and ensure the shoot can take place
Understanding photo & lighting equipment to be able to correspond with different suppliers on the equipment needed on the job and to receive adequate quotes
Providing on set support to all the crew while ensuring the smooth production of the shoot
Preparing the production kit to be brought on set: working with a budget to ensure everything the client needs during the shoot is present.
Other tasks include drafting content for the various social media platforms (website, instagram) and general maintenance of the office (keeping up with stock, invoices, receipts, etc.).
