I lead and co-ordinated a 10-week research project. I used primary and secondary data including a survey that I had conducted. I was charged with promoting the Survey by creating digital content or phoning clients. My survey a 20% response rate (the industry standard being 10%). The research resulted in a Report that I wrote and would be used by council planners in Falkirk.
