• Website Management o Responsible for uploading movies, e-banners, new campaigns, weekly newsletter o Managing strategy behind the positioning of movies on the website to increase ticket sales and trigger customer interest • Social Media Coordinator o Identifying, creating and uploading ideal content for the brand’s Instagram, Twitter and Facebook platforms o Creating social media competitions and identifying the appropriate creative for the competition and prizes (Exclusive movie gifts, tickets for Rockwave Festival, Colour Day and coupons for H&M) • Editor of the “Village Times” Magazine o Finding suitable guest editors for the “The In Crowd” column that adhere to the readers’ interest o Organizing and proof reading the magazine’s content o Finding suitable collaborations with brands/events to be featured within the magazine • Public Relations o Collecting and presenting online clippings concerning the brand’s events and campaigns o Uploading news on the website and on the” press box” tab for press usages o Identifying, building and sustaining suitable collaborations with other brands in order to enhance the Village brand value and identity (Athens Marathon, Santa Run, Colour Day Run, Rockwave Festival) o Writing press releases for new marketing campaigns and movies distributed by Village o Arranging TV cameras and photographers for movie premieres and events held at Village Cinemas • Marketing Campaigns o Project leader of the “Vmax Sphera” marketing campaign, concerning the first premium “Sphera” auditorium in Europe, located in Village Cinemas at The Mall Athens, Greece. Organizing the creatives, production, delivery/installation time of the marketing materials and coordinating the campaign’s budget. o Developing and launching the campaign for the new “Dolby Atmos” sound systems installed in auditoriums in Athens and Thessaloniki o Creating and introducing the campaign for the new “Village e-order” service o Organizing and implementing the campaign for the first “Village Kids” auditoriums in Greece; Athens and Thessaloniki o Collaborating with distributors abroad and launching campaigns for innovative cinemas screenings such as Royal Opera House and music screenings, held exclusively in the Greek market by Village Cinemas o Creating marketing assets, managing budget and campaign for movies distributed by Village o Participating in scripts’ evaluation • Event Planning o Planning and coordinating movie premieres and special screenings o Responsible for creating and organizing branded materials for the events o Strategically organizing branded materials for Village campaigns and movies within all the Village Cinemas • Customer Service o Responding to customers’ enquiries through customer service email, social media messaging and comments
o Translating synopsis and movie information, from English to Greek, for press releases o Monitoring, collecting and presenting online clippings for movies o Choosing movie scenes to be included in promotional TV spots o Monitor online activity of Village Cinema’s social media o Creating and testing a new marketing campaign known as “V Chair.”
In the 2015 social media awards Village Cinemas received the Gold award for best usage of social media in the film/cinema industry.
