- Spirit of the Rainbow Heron 'Lizzy Writes' BlogThis project focused on a topic close to my heart...breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, and encouraging people to start talking openly about it. I approached a charity local to my University to offer my help on a voluntary basis managing their communications, this role later turned into developing the charity's first mental health blog.
