  • Media company. Leader in kids' content on air and online. Nomination for Best Content for Kids' website in Belgium in 2013 (http://www.bestcontentaward.eu/). Main objective: Develop and implement midterm content strategy for Northern Europe Nickelodeon websites Tasks: • Content Strategy: Define the midterm content strategy including editorial, video and browser games for Northern Europe Nickelodeon websites within a team of 4 content managers • Leadership: Manage a team of 4 content editors who produce all editorial content for Nickelodeon Benelux websites and its content verticals as well as 4 social media pages • Project Management: Closely work with sales teams, programming, marketing, social media, consumer products department and external agencies to create and implement north-wide as well as local campaigns in up to 6 languages and 8 markets • Product Development: Integrate with software engineering to refactor websites for full responsiveness, support acceptance and regression testing of deployments, additionally general website quality assurance • Report and present relevant KPIs such as traffic and campaign results to the business teams and senior management • Analyzing and optimizing traffic development using Google Analytics, Omniture and ComScore

Won audience award for best web shop Hobby&Cadeau and best Mobile web shop (2011-2012) Main objective: Finding new designers & publishers and creating new business for the international market (Germany, UK) and birth announcement cards (special website for Dutch customers) Tasks: • Acquisition of new designers and suppliers and contract negotiation • Keeping track of performance to extend contracts and: • Indirectly also providing new suppliers for the main site and designs for new product lines • Keeping in touch with suppliers, designers and marketing department (selecting images/products for newsletters/marketing purposes etc.). • Working within a CMS environment (publishing, editing, and modifying content as well as site maintenance) • Support in QA of new website releases via test scripts • Bug reporting and quality assurance (Jira) • Trend watching and attending (international) fairs
