Managed marketing campaigns for entire label roster, from initial conception through to release date, and continued artist development. • Planned and integrated all releases, promotional appearances and broadcast/digital/ print/outdoor/ambient marketing campaigns • Developed and commissioned all creative assets; including videos, EPKs, TV & radio ads, websites, e-cards, artwork and promo merchandise • Established and managed budget for all releases • Controlled all media buying • Co-ordinated all departments to propel artists forward by a synchronised team • Management of all in-house and out-of-house team member’s responsibilities and targets
