I am an enthusiastic, proactive and dependable person with a wealth of experience working in film production,. I completed a months work in the Documentary division of Passion Pictures assisting the team with the pre-production of various projects. I helped with archiving footage & images as well as transcribing scripts & managing props for shoots.
In my time at Passion, I have worked as a production assistant across projects for clients including Compare The Market and Sainsbury’s.
Alongside freelancing at Passion, I have been designing treatments & pitch documents for their sister company Strangebeast, as well as research work & production assistance on their projects with Etsy & Selfridges.
Assisting film & animation departments with day to day running of the office, production running & the compilation of pre-production documents.

Efficiently liaising between clients, producers and the runner team to ensure the smooth running of the facility and client services. Strong communication and organisational skills to successfully manage and complete daily tasks. Data entry into Ceta and daily updates of Excel spreadsheets. Handling money and entering Receipts onto Ceta. Responsible for despatching and logging media. Working with the design team at Channel 4 to create hand written subtitles for Educating the East End. • Responsible for continuity photography and working closely with the Director, ensuring the shoot ran correctly. • Working within a small crew, utilising my skills as a 2nd AD, shielding the Director and Producer and gathering quick solutions to any problems that may arise on set. • Multi tasking and thinking on the ball when providing Make-up artist and Driver services for the Actors. • Successfully carrying the production through shooting and on to post-production by providing continuity photos, these were used to match scenes for smooth editing.
Throughout my Degree I have been consistently making films alongside studying the theory, culture, history and politics behind them. By partaking in these activities side by side, the films I produce are well thought out both logically and technically. • When working within a team I would opt for leadership roles such as Director or Producer because of my personable demeanour and in order to be able craft the piece from the beginning to finish. My competent skills as a team leader meant I could guide others in my group efficiently to work together as a unit and produce films that were coherent and aesthetically charming. • I believe my experience at University, particularly when on the set of films, shows how successful I am when working under pressure within a small crew. • I am quick to deal with problems and concerns due to the nature of my course, where we have mere months to create a film. I am excellent at dealing with people from experience in a short journalism course, and from working with actors and other students as well as members of the public when shooting in uncovered conditions. • I have created an Indiegogo campaign that raised almost £1,000 for my final film, as well as creating promotional social media pages for the The Wrong Side of Town on Facebook and Twitter.
