Research Administrative Assistant working in the Paediatric Dentistry research department of the School of Dentistry at the University of Leeds.
Working predominantly within the national dental hygiene research project (BRUSH), with key tasks focused on scheduling and running meetings via Teams, taking minutes, supporting the research, and developing the project’s website. I assisted in - and on occasion led - qualitative interviews with a range of stakeholders. Qualitative data was coded through the CFIR construct using Nvivo software. I liaised with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining positive and ongoing relations.
supported the wider research team and Paediatric Dentistry academic department. I provided ad-hoc marketing support. This included development of materials for projects, assisting with on- and off-site events (such as industry events, research workshops, fairs), with set-up and -down, designing materials for facilitation within a University-approved theme. I created and ran the department’s Twitter account.

I was part of team at the University organising the Imagining Post-Human Care exhibition at the Thakray Museum of Medicine — running September 2021 to February 2022.
Experience collecting exhibition materials, acquiring image rights from a variety of sources. Experience creating a marketing plan and communication plan; familiar with Hootsuite to schedule social media posts to Twitter.
