I am a writer, editor and journalist specialising in sustainability and the environment. I have always loved to read and write and feel passionate about using my skills to make a real difference. I have digital and print experience and have worked on a number of publications and projects.
I am especially proud to have been Psychologies magazine's Eco Living Editor, where I also wrote a monthly Eco Worrier column giving readers accessible and honest green advice.

When I'm not writing, you'll find me outdoors. I love to walk, swim and garden. I am a volunteer Coastal Guardian with Kent Wildlife Trust and a volunteer website and social media officer for my local Friends of the Earth group.
