  • Open Gallery is a moving image specialist gallery. Within my role I am responsible for Gallery administration Developing and maintaining a database of the gallery's client base and sales partnerships. Generating sales leads with top level decision makers in organisations across multiple sectors Pitching to prospective clients, including technical set-up and demonstrations Exhibition and events scheduling, co-ordination and production, including art fairs Writing and implementing social media and marketing strategies to address potential and existing clients, the public and the press Developing online and printed communications including press releases, exhibition brochures, newsletters and website content Maintaining relationships with current artists and researching new talent and opportunities Upkeeping maintenance records and the safe transportation of artworks Negotiating the procurement of materials and services, raising POs and invoices



Arts Emergency

  • Arts Emergency aim to ensure the doors of the university are kept open for those most able to benefit from, but least able to pay for education. Student members work with a mentor over the course of a year, meeting up with them once a week with additional support in between. + Provided with accreditation level training in communication and child protection.
