Managing a team of 5 including 3 direct reports, this role is responsible for overseeing the global email strategy. Working with senior stakeholders to ensure that all emails are best in class while still achieving commercial KPIs. This requires close working relationships with merchandising, creative services and brand. Driven the increase in personalisation across trend and lifecycle emails. This has been achieved through the management of third parties such as Movable Ink and sub2 and also interrogation of our own database. Developed cross channel campaigns to target specific segments in collaboration with the offline CRM and digital marketing team. This has included print, display and paid social.
