My degree taught me a lot about various areas of the Fashion Industry including Marketing, Photography, Styling and Visual Communication. I worked on a number of challenging projects, both individual and as part of a team, which included designing a magazine, shooting a fashion editorial, creating a fashion 'Fanzine' and so on.
In my final year I submitted an 8,000 word dissertation on the representation of Women in Cosmopolitan Magazine, for this I was graded a First. Alongside my dissertation I worked on my Final Major Project. For this I created an accessories brand called 'Pouch', I designed and made 4 final products. For my FMP and overall grade for my degree I received a 2:1.
