• Ingesting and transcoding files in all different formats for use in AVID,
• AVID technical support,
• Suite support,
• Troubleshooting,
• Working with HDCAM, HDCAM SR, and Digibetas, making duplicates and playing out,
• Using file sharing software such as mediasilo, forscene and cinegy,
• Patching up decks to AVID symphony and audio suites,
• Often undertaking 3 jobs at once and working to a tight schedule,
• Making deliverables,
• Checking files for DPP,
• Eyeball QC's
• Preparing files for the conform
• Mediasilo files,
• Uinsg Avid ISIS on a daily basis

• I have undertaken a number of editor jobs while at Berwick Post where I was the sole editor on Media Composer
• Documentary ‘What’s Next’ – Editor: A one-off documentary on renewable energy in the South West and the controversial views on it.
